HOW I CAPITALIZE ON MY PASSION

I WANT TO MAKE ONE THING CLEAR. I AM NOT IN AFFILIATE MARKETING TO GET RICH, OR SCAM AN OTHER HARD WORKING PERSON OUT OF MONEY. BACK IN MAY 2009 THE COMPANY I WORKED HARD FOR CLOSED ITS DOORS. NO WARNING, BUT I HAD A FEELING WHAT WAS TO COME, SORT OF A GUT FEELING. SINCE THEN, I TRIED TO THINK OF THINGS THAT I LIKE TO DO WHILE TAKING SOME TIME OFF, TO FIGURE OUT WHAT I WANT TO DO IN LIFE. WELL, I HAVE A REAL PASSION TO WRITE. I WILL WRITE ABOUT ANYTHING THAT IS OF INTEREST TO ME, MY MAIN PASSION IS EROTIC WRITING, BUT THAT I WILL SAVE FOR ANOTHER BLOG. IN ADDITION, THIS MAY SOUND WEIRD BUT I LOVE TO SURF THE INTERNET. I CAN SIT AND READ SO MUCH CRAZY, ECLECTIC, AND INTERESTING THINGS. ANYWAY, IN THE PROCESS, I DID A LOT OF RESEARCH, AND FOUND OUT THAT I CAN CAPITALIZE ON MY PASSION. I KNOW I WONT GET RICH, BUT I KNOW WITH PERSEVERANCE AND HARD WORK IT CAN MAKE ENOUGH INCOME TO NOT HAVE TO WORK FOR ANYONE ELSE. I THINK ABOUT HOW I ALWAYS DISPLAYED GOOD WORK ETHICS. NEVER HAD A "WRITE-UP", AND WORKED REALLY HARD FOR MY WAGES. SEEMS NO MATTER HOW HARD YOU WORK FOR SOMEONE ELSE, YOU ARE EXPENDABLE! I DON'T CARE WHAT POSITION OR RANK YOU HAVE WITH A COMPANY, IF THEY GO UNDER, THEN YOUR HARD WORK REALLY DID NOT MEAN SHIT. I STARTED THINKING TO MYSELF, DAMN, I CAN WORK HARD FOR MYSELF. OVER THE LAST 6 MOS SINCE I LOST MY JOB I HAVE PUT IN OVER 10 HOURS A DAY TRYING TO FIND WAYS TO CAPITALIZE. BUT ALSO DURING THOSE LONG HOURS I HAVE BEEN WORKING ON MY OTHER WEBSITES. EVERYDAY I AM TRYING TO FIND MULTIPLE STREAMS OF INCOME. SOME DAYS I FEEL LIKE I WILL NEVER MAKE ENOUGH, THEN I THINK ABOUT HOW MUCH I DON'T WANT TO WORK HARD FOR ANYONE ELSE ANYMORE. I APPRECIATE MYSELF AND SO WILL MY FAMILY WHEN OUR BANK ACCOUNT GROWS. AS I STATED EARLIER I DON'T PLAN ON GETTING RICH, JUST IMPROVE OUR STANDARD OF LIVING. I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO USE THERE PASSIONS OR GIFTS, AND CAPITALIZE ON IT, SO THAT YOU WILL NEVER HAVE TO WORK FOR SOMEONE ELSE BECAUSE YOU CAN DO WHAT YOU LOVE AND GET PAID.

Make Money From Home with Google? Not so Fast, Warns BBB

Better Business Bureau has received more than 1,500 complaints about several dozen Web sites that are trading on the Google name to scam people who want to learn about making money from home. Because the sites often use the Google name and prominently display its iconic logo, consumers often assume they are getting a job with Google when in fact they were getting taken in by yet another work-at-home scheme.

“Many families are looking for ways to earn extra money for the holidays and Web sites touting the huge money-making potential of working from home often seem like an answer to prayer,” said Alison Southwick, BBB spokesperson. “Unfortunately, most work-at-home opportunities don’t deliver on what they promise and victims find that instead of making a few extra dollars, they lose hundreds.”

Two Web sites, Google Treasure Chest and Google Money Tree, quickly racked up 523 and 782 BBB complaints respectively before being called out by the Federal Trade Commission and state Attorneys General for misleading consumers. The Web sites have been taken down, however, BBB has received complaints about many other work-at-home schemes using similar tactics, including Google Biz Kit, Google Cash, Google Money Profits, and Google Success Kit.

While the schemes go by many different names and are found on many different Web sites, the complaints to BBB tell a similar story. Complainants state that they signed up online to receive a free trial of a CD or access to information that would show them how to make money from home using Google. Consumers had to provide a credit or debit card number to cover shipping — which is typically only a few dollars.

Complainants to BBB state that they were billed before their trial ended — or never even received the CD — and continued to be billed after they had cancelled their order. Complainants also found mystery charges from several other businesses for services they didn’t realize they were signing up for with their “free” trial. One Georgia complainant’s bank account was debited $433 by various entities including Grant Finder, Web Training, Powersale, Safelock, Google Chest, Search Chest, A1Member and Auctio

Google launches law suit after illegal ads use its brand name

Google has sued a number of websites that have produced online scams and schemes that take advantage of its famous brand to trick unsuspecting web users.

According to a legal action filed in Utah this week, the schemes involve “thousands” of websites that claim to offer kits showing users how to make money by working from home on Google.

Although they are told they will have to pay only a nominal fee, “people who sign up for these offers have their credit cards charged with substantial recurring monthly fees” and receive little or nothing in return.

The case was brought against Pacific WebWorks and another 50 unnamed defendants who Google said had worked in concert with the company to carry out the scams, according to the Financial Times.

Fake news stories, blog comments and postings on social networking sites have been created to support the claims for the work-at-home kits.

Specifically, Google is targeting companies that are running ads with taglines like, "Use Google to Make 1000s of Dollars!" or "Easy Cash with Google: You Could be Making up to $978 a Day Working from Home!"

"Google hasn't created or endorsed any of the sites like those described in our complaints," Jason Morrison, a Google support engineer, and Stacey Wexler, senior litigation counsel, wrote in a blog post.

"Misleading ads try to take advantage of consumers in the midst of a difficult economy, and as the economic situation has worsened, the problem has only grown."

Google is taking steps to remove scam-related URLs from its index and permanently disable AdWords accounts that provide a poor or harmful user experience.

Google pointed to a few names from which consumers should shy away, including;

Google Adwork, Google ATM, Google Biz Kit, Google Cash, Earn Google Cash Kit, Google Fortune, Google Marketing Kit, Google Profits, The Home Business Kit for Google, Google StartUp Kit, and Google Works.

Thats why I say folks check these companies out before investing time and money.
